Sometimes, your pages do not show with shortcodes, it shows texts like this:
– So please negative to WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager 
– Select Post types is Custom, not select Pages Only, then tick on the boxes of pages that you want to edit with shortcodes of theme 
Then remember to SAVE your settings
